Privacy Policy

KhaleejTools.pro is operated by Manzoor in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what happens to information when you browse our website, use our free tools, contact us, or choose whether to allow advertising and analytics. If something here is unclear, email Manzoor.hangu@gmail.com. You can use the tools without creating an account and without agreeing to optional advertising or analytics storage.
Information you choose to provide
Our contact form asks for your name, email address and message, with an optional subject category. We use those details to read your request, investigate a reported problem and send a reply. Submissions are processed and stored through Netlify Forms, our hosting provider’s form service, for review by the operator. If you email us directly, your email provider and Gmail also process that correspondence. Please do not send passport copies, Emirates ID numbers, bank details, passwords or private documents in a support message. A tool name and a description of the problem are usually enough.
Information collected when a page loads
Our hosting and delivery services receive technical information needed to deliver a webpage, including an IP address, requested URL, time of request, browser information and network details. This information can support security, spam prevention, troubleshooting and reliable delivery. It is separate from optional Google Analytics. We do not require visitors to provide a phone number, home address or identity document to access a calculator or file tool, and we do not sell contact messages or build customer mailing lists from them.
Files and values used in the tools
The document and image tools process selected files in your browser. The current tools do not send those files to a Khaleej Tools upload server for conversion. Calculations such as age, percentage, BMI and gratuity also take place on your device. Processing may require downloading a software library or language data from a third-party delivery service. Those downloads create network requests, even though your selected file is processed locally. A downloaded result stays on your device until you remove it. Closing a page releases the tool’s working state; it does not delete your original file or downloads.
Essential storage and our cookie banner
The site stores your Accept or Decline choice in browser local storage under khaleej_cookie_consent. Local storage is different from a cookie: it saves a small value in your browser rather than automatically attaching it to every HTTP request. The choice expires after 30 days, when we ask again. This preference storage lets us respect your decision between pages. The tools do not depend on accepting optional cookies. If browser storage is unavailable, the banner explains the problem and optional Google services remain blocked.
Google Consent Mode v2 and changing your choice
We use Consent Mode v2 signals for ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization. These signals default to denied. Our implementation also blocks the Google Analytics and AdSense scripts until an unexpired Accept choice exists. Accept grants these four permissions together. Decline keeps the scripts blocked. Reading this policy, scrolling, or continuing to browse does not count as accepting optional cookies.
Use the Cookie settings button to reopen the banner and change your choice. If you withdraw an existing acceptance, the site updates the consent signals, removes accessible Google advertising and analytics cookies on our domain, and reloads to stop the loaded services. Cookies stored on Google’s own domains, or inaccessible through page scripts, must be managed in your browser or Google account. Changing a choice affects future activity; it cannot undo processing that already occurred while you had consented.
Google AdSense and third-party advertising
We integrate Google AdSense to support the cost of providing free tools. Ad availability depends on Google’s approval, inventory and your consent. When enabled with permission, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies and similar identifiers to serve, measure and limit advertisements, prevent fraud, and personalize ads. Advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to show ads based on visits to this website and other websites. This can involve online identifiers, IP addresses, device information, ad interactions and browsing activity. We do not receive your Google account password or a list identifying individual visitors’ advertising profiles.
Google advertising storage may include cookies named __gads, __gpi, __eoi and, depending on the service and domain, identifiers such as IDE. The exact cookies and lifetimes depend on Google’s configuration, your browser and which ads are served; this list is not a promise that each cookie is present. Advertising partners participating through Google may have their own cookies and policies. We do not currently integrate a separate advertising network directly. Review how Google uses information from partner sites and Google’s advertising information for details.
You can manage personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center and participating third-party advertising choices through AboutAds. These controls supplement our banner. An advertising opt-out does not necessarily stop all advertisements or all security and measurement processing. To keep our optional Google scripts from loading here, select Decline.
Google Analytics cookies
With your acceptance, Google Analytics helps us understand which pages people use, how visitors arrive, and where navigation or tool usage needs improvement. It may use _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions. Reports can include page views, tool-opening events, device and browser types, referral information and approximate geographic information. We do not intentionally send your contact message, selected document, generated password, date of birth or salary as an analytics event. You can decline through our banner or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Other services your browser contacts
The currency converter requests exchange-rate data from open.er-api.com. The gold page requests prices from api.gold-api.com and exchange rates from api.exchangerate-api.com. YouTube thumbnail requests go to img.youtube.com and include the video identifier needed to retrieve the image. Some tool libraries load from cdnjs.cloudflare.com, cdn.jsdelivr.net or unpkg.com. These providers receive connection information such as your IP address and request details. Links to external websites are governed by those websites’ policies. We do not control their retention practices or account settings.
Retention, protection and international processing
We keep support correspondence for as long as it is needed to respond, follow up and address a related issue. We do not claim an automatic deletion deadline for provider logs, advertising records or form submissions. You may request deletion of contact information we control. HTTPS protects information in transit, but no website or email service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information outside the UAE, including in the United States and other countries with different privacy rules.
Your choices, children and policy updates
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, withdraw consent or raise a concern with a privacy authority. Contact us with enough detail to locate your correspondence; we may need to verify a request before disclosing personal information. For data controlled by Google or another provider, their privacy controls may also be necessary. Our general-purpose website is not directed at children under 13. If a child has sent personal information, a parent or guardian can contact us to request removal.
We update this page when our tools or data practices change and show the revision date above. Privacy questions and requests should be sent to Manzoor, Abu Dhabi, UAE, at Manzoor.hangu@gmail.com or through our contact page.
